Free delivery will be provided for orders above $120. $18 delivery fee for orders below $120.

Standard deliveries are made during weekdays from Mondays to Fridays between 9am to 5pm, across Singapore mainland only.

Upon order confirmation, delivery will be made within the next 3 working days. You will receive an email notification with the delivery date and time.

Kindly email us if your location has restricted access, or other offshore islands, and we will get back to you within 3 working days.

Signatory upon delivery will be required. Items to be checked before signing the delivery order.

For deliveries to countries other than Singapore, please contact us at info@gblpharma.com, and we will work out the best available rate and option for you!

Healthcare merchandise is strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable for hygiene purpose. Therefore, please ensure your orders and sizes are correct before your checkout.

In the very unlikely event your product should arrive damaged or faulty, email us at info@gblpharma.com within 48 hours with pictures and invoice for us to facilitate the exchange.

If you’re returning your order for any other reason, do contact us via email as well stating the reason for the return and we will see how we can best accommodate. Purchases for return need to be in their original packaging and transport fee will apply.

GP Medline reserves the right to reject the exchange request if the original packaging / item has been opened or damaged.

All prices stated are inclusive of GST.

We accept all major credit cards such Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If you have yet to receive your order, send us an email at info@gblpharma.com with your name, order number and items you have yet to receive. We will get back to you within 2 working days.
